Steps 1 happens here on waigatest.com. Steps 2-5 take place on selectmycareer.com — our secure assessment platform, operational since 2011.

All WAIGA Tests are delivered through selectmycareer.com — our secure assessment platform operational since 2011. Registration takes 2 minutes. You'll need your name, email address and a password.

Step 3 — Activate your account

After registering, check your inbox for an activation email from selectmycareer.com. Click the activation link inside. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.

Once activated, login at selectmycareer.com using the same credentials which you chose at the time of Registration (User ID & Password) 

Once you are logged in, Go to the Products menu in the main navigation and select your chosen WAIGA Test. The test page shows what's included in your report and the price.

Step 6 — Complete payment and take your test

Click the payment link on the test page and complete your payment securely. You can then take the test immediately. Your report is available for instant download the moment you complete the test.

  • Take it on a laptop or desktop — not a phone or tablet. The assessment is designed for a full screen and requires focused engagement that a small screen does not support.


  • Find a quiet space with no interruptions. Switch off notifications. Close other tabs. Give the assessment your full attention.


  • Takes 20–30 Minutes. Not 10 minutes between meetings. A dedicated, uninterrupted block of time.


  • Answer every question instinctively — based on who you genuinely are, not who you wish you were or think you should be. There are no right or wrong answers. Honest answers produce accurate results. Aspirational answers produce inaccurate ones.


  • Your purchased test stays in your dashboard — it will not expire. If something comes up, close the browser and return when you are ready. Simply login to selectmycareer.com — your test remains in your My Account section until you submit. Take it when you can give it your full attention.
